Our chickens are free range, fed with local non-GMO feed purchased from Country Farm & Home. Our eggs range in colors and our hens have unique (and sometimes sassy!) personalities.
Mild, grassy flavor with a tender yet crisp texture. Commonly used in frying, sautéing, grilling, or stewing. Great for gumbo, curries, or pickling. Sold at half a pound.
Sweet and fragrant. Perfect for pesto, pasta, and salads.
Notes for storage: Basil is sensitive to cold. Fridge temperatures can cause the leaves to wilt, turn black, or lose flavor quickly. To best store basil, trim the stems and place basil in a glass of water like a bouquet. Store on the counter, out of direct sunlight.
Mild heat with a rich, earthy flavor. Ideal for roasting, grilling, stuffing, or adding depth to sauces and stews. Great for dishes like chile rellenos or blended into salsas. Sold at half a pound.
These Italian frying peppers offer a delicate sweetness with just a hint of tang and a smooth, buttery texture when cooked. Their thin skin softens quickly, releasing rich, aromatic flavors perfect for sautéing, roasting, or grilling. They are also delicious as a raw snack.
Sold at half a pound.
Sold by the pound. Great variety for Eggplant Parmesan, baked dishes, and stuffed eggplant.
White, elongated eggplants with a sweet, less bitter flavor and a tender, creamy texture. Their pure white skin is thin, and their minimal seeds make them appealing for cooking. These versatile fruits are excellent roasted, grilled, fried, or in stews. Sold per pound.

Not a true spinach, but a heat-loving green with thick, tender leaves. Slightly crisp with a mild, earthy flavor. Great sautéed, in soups, or tossed into stir-fries.
These Japanese-style peppers are perfect for snacking, sautéing, or grilling. Most are mild and sweet, but about 1 in 10 packs a spicy kick, just enough to keep things exciting! Sold at half a pound.
