Red Russian Kale

$3.50

Red Russian Kale has soft, flat green leaves with striking purple-red stems and veins. It’s one of the most tender kale varieties, with a mild, slightly sweet flavor and less bitterness than curly or dinosaur kale. Delicious raw in salads, tossed into stir-fries, or added to soups and egg dishes. The stems are edible too, chop and sauté them like you would chard.
